I have used this Workout Oil for, not sure, but between one and two years. I have had 3 spinal surgeries and I use it morning and night on those areas (neck and lower back). It is amazing! Nothing else helps with the residual pain. I am a senior and use it on my knees and shoulder joints as well. Honestly, this super oil keeps all pain from my joints and greatly eases the pain in the surgical areas of the spine. I buy 2 bottles each time, but a tiny amount is all you need to feel relief; therefore, it lasts a long time. If you suffer from headaches or migraines, gently rub a tiny amount on your temples and the at the hairline from one temple to the next. Soooo helpful! Give it a try!
